You should eat very
healthy, eat a lot of fruits it
also helps your physical
health.

Drinking water also helps


your health, and to stay
hydrated, so I should drink
2 L of water daily
Eating daily products is
good, to have a balanced
diet but they should not
be eaten in excess.

Eating vegetables also helps our


body a lot, and it is my favorite
group on the plate of well eating,
and they are a little healthier than
fruits
Exercising helps us a lot
physically, some of my
favorite sports are: soccer,
basketball, and volleyball

Putting together puzzles helps us


in our mental health. I really like
this type of thing to put together
and take apart, that's why I have
many puzzles.
