 INTRODUCTION

Cafe Royale, currently located at Telaje, Tandag

City, a cool coffee establishment that focuses
on serving a variety of premium coffee drinks
and teas, as well as delicious locally made
pastries. Our mission is to provide the
people of this community with a truly
international coffee experience at an affordable price.
Despite our commitment to quality, extreme poverty
of the community has hindered our ability
to meet sales quotas and achieve financial stability.
To expand our presence, we are planning
to open our cafe in Rosario, Tandag
City because it is close to the
North Eastern Mindanao State University and it
is convenient for students who are coffee lovers.
 Through a combination of a strong business
model and a highly qualified management team,
we'll be able to become a significant
player in the coffee industry very soon.
In order to fulfill our vision, we'll require
₱100,000 which will be utilized towards different
resources to expand our presence. If we are fully
capitalized, we hope to be profitable by
December 2023.
 OBJECTIVES

Our primary objective is to successfully relocate

Café Royale to Rosario, Tandag City, creating an
exceptional coffee destination that attracts coffee
enthusiasts and fosters a vibrant community of
coffee lovers. Through this relocation, we seek
to provide an elevated coffee experience, expand
our customer base, and establish ourselves as a
significant player in the local coffee industry.
 CONTEXT

Coffee is what Filipinos drink especially in

the morning. It may improve mood, stimulate
brain function, and protect against Alzheimer's and
Parkinson's disease. Coffee can help to lessen
depression and promote a healthy heart. The
Philippines is the second-largest consumer of
coffee in Asia.
 Before the effects of the Covid pandemic
Filipinos were consuming 3.4 kilograms of coffee
per person per annum. Our proposed coffee
shop will surely meet the increasing demand
of coffee.
 PROBLEM

Despite the rising demand for high-quality coffee among

Filipinos, our current location's extreme poverty
prevented us from reaching our sales quotas
and tapping into the growing market.
Telaje, Tandag City faces financial constraints that
result in limited purchasing power, making it
rare for them to indulge in the purchase of coffee.
 Filipino's love for good coffee is increasing
day by day. They are gladly paying 100-200
for their cappuccino, mocha latte or vanilla ice
blended drink. But even after paying such
a large amount, people don’t get the value
for their money. Also, Rosario, Tandag City
is in the need of a cafe that serves
delicious beverages and great-tasting food
with a warm, inviting atmosphere.
 SOLUTION
By relocating our shop to Rosario, Tandag City,
we will not only meet our sales quota, we will also
meet the needs of the people in the community of
Rosario, by serving delicious beverages and
great-tasting food with a warm, inviting atmosphere
in a very reasonable and affordable price of less than

coffee drinks and also an instagrammable coffee shop.
We look forward to on-boarding more partners with
us to grow Cafe Royale and fulfill
