    1. It is mandatory to use the correct PPE when entering the work site or area
    you are visiting on the plant. Our basic PPE is:

    2. Some areas require additional PPE (e.g. gloves, life vests etc.).

    3. If you see an unsafe act or condition report it to SIM supervisory.


    4. Watch your step, as most of walking surfaces may be uneven.

    5. It is prohibited to use drugs or alcohol during work hours

    6. In the event of an EMERGENCY SITUATION:


    • Remain calm; do NOT panic, alert SIM Supervisory or lead hands
    recognized by their white helmets.

    • Provide the following information:


    • Name& Location
    • Type of emergency required& People/ equipment involved in the incident.

    If an evacuation is required, please go the nearest designated.

    7. Housekeeping: keep your workplace clean.
    8. Perform an JHA (Job Hazard Analyst) before executing
    every taks.
    9. Inspect every tool before use. In case of a default or safety
    hazard, don’t use the tool.
    10. Respect and follow all safety rules.
