• Each group is required to collect a personal portfolio of two(2) published materials


relating to Malaysian employment law(s) from July 2022 onwards
• Materials may be sourced from local newspapers (either print or on-line), business
magazines and relevant websites. Make sure the current issues are from different
sources from other group.
• To submit report and to attach published material/s with the report
• To present to the class in the form of video/infographic at the end of the semester
• Format:
i. Identify issue(s) from the published materials
ii. State the statutory law(s) applicable to each article and write in your own words (meaning
not copy and paste) about legal issues discussed in each of the article.
iii. Compare and contrast the legal issue that you identified with discussion.
iv. Recommendation and conclusion.
