LCA PROJECT REPORT

AUTOMATIC FAN CONTROLLER

INTRODUCTION

At present we can see the temperature of this planet is

increasing day by day so that the people use various
types of things to overcome that matter some rich
countries use air conditioners but poor countries cant use
ac machines because they have to pay unbearable
electricity bill. So to overcome this type of problem I have
made a project which is an “Automatic Fan Controller” .
CIRCUIT DIAGRAM
ADVANTAGES
 It is very economical and easy to handle by the user.
 Speed varies automatically, so that it controls the speed
without using it manually.
 It is helpful to disabled people.
 It is very easy to install in offices, houses etc.
 Save energy by slowing down its speed in low
temperature.
LIST OF COMPONENTS:-
 Vero board
 Ic (Lm 35 )
 Transistor (Bc 548)
 Fan
 Resistor (10 k ohm)
 Transformer (12 volts)
 Jumper wires
WORKING
This project is basically based on that how we can save
energy easily. The working of this project is like it works in
only at low temperature because in this automatic fan I have
used a heat sensor ( lm 35) which will immediately start
working when the temperature is low and stop working when
the temperature is high. We have also used a transistor (bc
548) which amplifies the current. We can operate this circuit
with 6V to 12V power . The special thing of this circuit is this
circuit is switched on and off according to the temperature of
the environment. So the whole working of this fan depends
upon the ic (lm 35).
CONCLUSION

From this project we conclude that this project is for reducing

the power consumption and also to assist the people who are
disabled and are unable to control the speed of fan.
