INTRODUCTION
MANY DEVELOPED INDUSTRIES ADAPT MACHINE LEARNING CONCEPT FOR THEIR
MACHINES(ROBOTS) TO DO REPETITIVE TASKS .BUT IMPLEMENTING MACHINE
LEARNING IS A TIME CONSUMING PROCESS AND IT REQUIRES HIGHLY SKILLED
LABOURS . BUT THE COMPANIES WHICH ARE BEING DEVELOPED AND IN THE
DEVELOPING PHASE(START UP) ARE NOT AFFORADABLE TO PAY THE REQUIREMENTS
OF HIGHLY SKILLED LABOURS.THAT INDUSTRIES ALSO WANT TO MAKE THEIR OWN
PLACE TO SUSTAIN THE COMPETITIVE WORLD. SO WE GUYS CAME UP WITH THE
IDEA OF USING A TECHNOLOGY WHICH PROVIDE A INITIATIVE TO THE STARTUP
INDUSTRIES TO ENTER THE CORPORATE WORLD AND THAT TECHNOLOGY CAN PERFORM
THE TASKS AS DONE IN MACHINE LEARNING PROCESS WHICH DOESN’T REQUIRE
HIGHLY SKILLED LABOURS AND TECHNICIANS WHO SEEK HIGHER SALARY .

• SPECIFICALLY WE HAVE CHOSEN FDM – FUSED DEPOSITION MACHINING TECHNIQUE
MATERIALS USED FOR MANUFACTURING:
• PLA – POLYLACTIC ACID MATERIAL IS USED AS A MATERIAL FOR
MANUFACTURING OUR ROBOT
• POLYLACTIC ACID, ALSO KNOWN AS PLA, IS A THERMOPLASTIC
MONOMER DERIVED FROM RENEWABLE, ORGANIC SOURCES SUCH AS
CORN STARCH OR SUGAR CANE.

• WE USE ARDUINO IDE TO WRITE THE CODE FOR OUR PROJECT
ANDROID MOBILE APPLICATION:
•  I made the app using the  MIT App Inventor  online application and here’s how
it works. At the top we have two buttons for connecting the smartphone to the
HC-05 Bluetooth module. Then on the left side we have an image of the robot
arm, and on the right side we have the six slider for controlling the servos and
one slider for the speed control.
