 Causing air pollution due to the release of
toxic gases

 Wildfires due to irresponsible discarding of
cigars.

Tips to stop smoking:
 Get a good sleep everyday
 Exercise instead
 Find other activities like yoga to keep you
busy
 Eat nutritious food
 Munch on some fruits
 Let time do the rest
