 Worked as Research associate in ITMU unit, I was instrumental in
commercialization of 12 Seed Spices varieties, Technology transfer, IP
management, licensing, technology transfer and commercialization of research into
products, negotiation and MOU/MOA agreements with research originations and
FPOs, NGOs and government or Non-government originations.
 Three year experience in IPR, management, technology transfer, marketing, with excellent

furtherance of activities and financial sustainability of the ICAR- NRCSS.

  BITS TECH Road map
 Facilitate new initiatives for BITS TEC service offerings to regional stakeholders:
entrepreneur, academic institutes, research organization, industry, and start-ups.
 Develop strategies to leverage industry, academics, investors & institutional
networks for the benefit of the TEC program.
 Ensure the development of marketing material to promote BITS TEC and its
activities
 Organize events to facilitate regional ecosystem engagement
 Coordinate all cross-functional activities at the TEC level
 Work collaboratively towards creating an innovation and technology-enabling
ecosystem with regional stakeholders.
 Develop and maintain strong working relationships with regional Government
departments, Higher Educational Institutions, and Research centers to disseminate
information regarding BITS TEC services related to technology transfer and
intellectual property; Monitor and advise on the application of intellectual property
policy and relevant regulations.
