Collaboration to Develop Talent Branding Program
I have 8 collega in Talent Dept. plus 2 official mentors and several other
additional mentors that assist who helped and provided direction during the
internship.
It's already my last month and in this PPT I'm going to tell you a little
about program ideas that might be added to improve talent branding. Its an
honor to be part of Agate because I had such an amazing journey this past 5
months!
Outline Structure Through design thinking and brain storming, there are
3 stages that will be explained, after that classifying
the ideas

• Human Resources development program for its
crews/employees and company branding
• Employee engagement to stay motivated and productive
• Administrative in Recruiter need improvement

Define Problem Statements
From my perspective when I was working as a talent outreach internship crew, I saw the opportunity for Agate to
develop very widely in the community and knownly as the biggest game developer in this country. However, several
ways to achieve this are less optimized, such as the use of corporate social media.
In addition, in the field of talent outreach itself, the determination to place crew in that role needs to be specified
again, because I think Talent Outreach requires people who have creative values and certain skills, such as design,
making contents and creative writing.
Optimizing the use of Agate's
Social Media
What is needed :
• Collaboration between Talent Outreach and
Marketing Team (Social Media Specialist)
• Create creative content regularly
• Knowledge for digital marketing
Example :
Potential blockers:
• SOP or terms and conditions from marketing Agate's youtube account was created in 2008, as of 2022 Agate
teams for upload contents has a total of 119 videos uploaded, which is an average of only 8-9
• Employer and company branding knowledge is videos uploaded per year. Whereas the potential for YouTube ads
can reach 2.291 billion users. We can maximize it by attracting
low
influencers or streamers to promote, review, or create Agate game
content.
Reasoning :
In my opinion, although social media marketing is still part of the marketing team task, the talent team must also be
able to ensure that the company's name can be spread well and know the development of social media insights.
The use of company linkedin must also be maximized, in addition to targeting job seekers, it is better if some social
media (especially linkedin) add more contents about the game development industry itself, plus other interesting
articles.

• Expanding Agate's company exposure and
engaging Agate's social media insights
• Determine Agate image company will
look like to a wider audience
• Gain a long-term positive impact to
attracts potential candidates
• A program that can continue to grow
indefinitely (no limit time)
