Kabataan: Kontra Droga at

Terorismo (KKDAT)
• Launched in 2019, Kabataan Kontra Droga At Terorismo
(KKDAT) is a program of Philippine National Police
(PNP) alledgedly in accordance with the campaign of
the government against illegal drugs and terrorism.

PNP implements this program with the aid of local


governments, the National Youth Commisin (NYC), and
the Department of Education.
• The Executive Order 70 institutionalizes the Whole of
Nation Approach to address the insurgencies, internal
disturbances and tensions, and other armed conflicts and
threats.
• KKDAT is nothing a program that adheres to EO 70 and
vilifies progressive individuals and organizations,
brainwashes children and the youth into thinking that
activities protected by free speech and other rights are
illegal and wrong.
OBJECTIVE OF KKDAT
Kabataan Kontra Droga At Terorismo

1. Aimed to ORGANIZE A YOUTH MOVEMENT that


encourages and strengthens the youth’s ability in suppressing
the illegal drug and terrorism problem in the country.

2. A nationwide movement that intends to ORGANIZE,


TRAIN AND MOBILIZE THE YOUTH AND STUDENT
SECTORS as advocacy support groups that will stand against
illegal drugs and terrorism through the advocacy program of
the PNP.
3. It is envisioned to inflame the SPIRITOF
VOLUNTEERISM among youth and students sectors
through the PCR platforms and programs.

4. Designed to empower the STUDENTS AND YOUTH


SECTORS TO BECOME PROACTIVE PARTNERS of the
government in the nationwide campaign against illegal
drugs through PNPs Recovery and Wellness Program and
anti-terrorism through E.O 70.
Ang pangunahing layunin nito ay upang ma-educate ang
mga kabataan kung paano sila iiwas sa paggamit ng illegal
na droga at kung saan sila dapat pumanig sa pamahalaan o
sa lumalaban sa pamahalaan.
Ang mga kabataan pa rin ang pag-asa ng bayan kaya’t malaki
ang gampanin ng mga Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) officials
upang maipaalam sa kanilang hanay ang KKDAT at ang
layunin nito.
