A foreign investment company that produces the largest bread in
Indonesia with two factories located in the Cikarang Industrial Area
and the Pasuruan Area, East Java. Sari Roti was founded in 1995. In
2008, Sari Roti established its third factory in Jababeka Cikarang in
line with the increasing demand from Sari Roti consumers. In 2011
the company began to grow by opening new factories in Java,
Sumatra and Sulawesi . Sari Roti’s achievements are presenting
clean and healthy products and obtaining the 2006 HACCP (Hazard
Analysis Critical Control Point) Certificate.
Product Design
SARI ROTI determines the product it will produce is bread. SARI ROTI produces
healthy bread without preservatives, so the bread it produces must be marketed
before it expires. Sari Roti products have a short product life cycle, so there is no
inventory piling up in warehouses. SARI ROTI produces healthy bread without

other breads which have a much longer expiration date.

Product quality
Sari Roti produces good quality bread in terms of appearance, texture, aroma, taste and also guaranteed. SARI ROTI does

are fresh. The company implements a Just In Time (JIT) system so that the goods produced are in accordance with
consumer demand and the company does not hoard goods in warehouses which increase costs and also reduce the quality
of the goods produced.

company makes a variety of products at low prices and is
produced in a short time.

Production Sari Roti can produce 2 million pieces of bread in a


day. Large capacity can be generated from the maximum use
of the machine so that it can produce large production. With
great productivity, Sari Roti has 25,000 outlets spread across
Java, Sumatra and Makassar.
