City Center Group and its partners
are finalizing its concept plans to
create Northridge, a 200-acre
mixed-use community spanning
West Bethlehem and East
Allentown.
Northridge is one of the City’s
last significant, and prominent,
development sites.
With a collaboration of design expertise in
thoughtfully planned mixed-use communities,
Northridge will deliver a complement of market-rate
residential dwellings of various sizes, healthcare
facilities, neighborhood retail, and educational uses.
This highly walkable community will feature dozens
of acres dedicated to recreation, open green, and
woodlands.
This new community will be part of a fully developed,
highly concentrated neighborhood at the center of the
Lehigh Valley. Further, it aligns with Allentown’s Reuse
Feasibility Study and Vision 2030 Plan and integrates
new development with the surrounding community.
