RJLE Bracelet

 Rationale:
 This magnificent piece of art is not only cheap, It’s also has various usage.
 The name itself was named after the founder or the Members of this very particular
Group. RJ which stands for Rachelle Jen, J stands for Jarred and Jhon Jhon, JL stands for
Jhon Lunze and lastly, LE stands for Lea emelie.
 This project is composed of various materials which is not just cheap, It might as well be
available in your homes!! (You guys can make it yourself if you want to try it out :) )
 This project is all about bracelet made of cords or strings.
The objectives are:

 Firstly, To make a spectacular macrame bracelet(s).

 Secondly is to develop skills in knotting.
 Thirdly is to soothe our boredom.
 To enhance our knowledge about this Underated piece of art.
 Lastly, To appreciate the Value of the macramé or the Bracelet itself.

Project Organization and Management:

 Phase 1: Practice in the conduct of the project and Standardization of techniques to be

adopted.
 Phase 2: Production of macramé bracelet(s) from assembly to packaging.
 Phase 3: Promotion of product including distribution of flyers, exhibits, use of technology
and many more.
Tasks:

 orientation or workshop:
 Dates ranges from a week or so (November 22, 2022 – November 26, 2022)
 Activities: Firstly, Make a Sketch and Find a Suitable Title.
 Secondly, Make a Rationale, objectives and Project organization and Management.
 Thirdly, Find a Suitable Budget for the project.
 Lastly, Gather or Buy the materials needed for this Project.
 Person In charge are the members or the Production Team.
Production:

 Assembly: Gather the materials (As soon as you want the project started).
 Production: After Gathering the materials, Start making the Planned project. (The earlier
you start the faster you finish :> )
 Finishing: Finish up your project, Do the last set of procedure and clean the mess in the
project making.
 Inspection: Lastly Check the Durability and the Quality of the product(s). (we throw
every bad Products so you customer will only have the best of the best bracelet we have

Promotion:

 First thing to try is to advertise it to your friends, or close relatives.

 Second thing is with the help of Media, Use social media to promote the product.
 Third thing is to Make a commercial like advertisement that you can post in any media
platform.
 You can also try making a Slogan to promote your own brand.
 Merchandise it to people with same interests.

 Items are:
Leather Cord must be 6m cord 2mm round, This should cost 80Php – 90Php
Magnet Bracelet clasp, 8 Pcs for 120php package
Instant adhesive, Must be 25g (2 pieces) for around 30 – 50 RSP
> The total might be Ranging from 230 – 290 php. (Depends on what’s available in your
home)
