➢Issues: Closed due to Covid-19 threat.

Pagbangon at Ginhawa” program
⮚Assisted in the turn-over of livelihood assistance
for the IP beneficiaries of Brgy. Ditumabo, Dibut
and Diteki, all in the municipality of San Luis,
Aurora.
OTHER ACTIVITIES CONDUCTED:

⮚COMMUNITY PANTRY
⮚Assisted in the facilitation of community pantry
sponsored by Provincial IPMR Mary Jane Donato in
Brgy.Ibona, Caragsacan, Dikapanikian, Aplaya,
Sitio Cabog Brgy. Matawe, and Umiray all in the
municipality of Dingalan.

⮚ IEC to all chieftains and councils and IPMRs.
⮚ IEC conducted in Sitio Dimasalang and Sitio Dimotol, Brgy.

⮚ Presentation of the National Advisory to the SB members of
San Luis, Aurora through the coordination with the Office of

National Advisories and BABALA Signage.
⮚ Posting of National Advisories in NCIP Aurora Facebook
account.

⮚Conducted culture sensitivity orientation in
collaboration with PSWDO.
BURNING ISSUES AND CONCERNS:
❖DPWH 1.47kms road rehabilitation and
improvement at Brgy. Dibut, San Luis, Aurora
➢Issue with soil dumpsite resolved. The IP and
contractor agreed with the designated dumping
site.
➢Issue with uprooted trees resolved. All trees were
inventoried and IP focal was assigned to monitor
the consumption of trees.
➢Issue with damaged crops of IPs resolved. List of
affected IPs was submitted for validation and
payment.
BURNING ISSUES AND CONCERNS:

❖IPMR Processing
➢ DIPACULAO - IEC on National Guidelines
conducted and 2 meetings conducted re:
issue on amendments.
➢ BALER - mass gathering for the IPMR activity
were not yet allowed by LGU.
BURNING ISSUES AND CONCERNS:

❖ALLEGED SALES involving Ancestral Domains Land


➢ 17 Alleged sales were investigated in Brgy.
Dibut, San Luis, Aurora.
➢ 12 validated sales in Dingalan and 32 alleged
sales for validation
➢ Conducted meeting with Agta IP and Non- IP/
IP migrant involved in alleged sales involving
ancestral domains land within Brgy. Cozo,
Culat and San Ildefonso, all in Casiguran,
Aurora for possible amicable settlement.
BURNING ISSUES AND CONCERNS:

❖Illegal logging of non-IP in Brgy. Dibut and


Dibalo, San Luis, Aurora
➢ Coordination with CENRO Dingalan re: illegal
logging case.
➢ Assisted IPs re: verification of their affidavit
for filing case against the violators.
BURNING ISSUES AND CONCERNS:

❖Case against NCIP personnel in violation to


ENIPAS Act
➢ Coordination with CENRO Casiguran
conducted requesting for a special PAMB
meeting.
➢ Special PAMB meeting not yet conducted
due to NO QUORUM.
BURNING ISSUES AND CONCERNS:

❖Culat Non-Christian (IP) Reservation, Brgy.


Culat, Casiguran, Aurora was occupied by Non-
IPs and Politicians
➢ Coordination with CENRO Casiguran and
DENR Region 3 for the correction of tie line.
➢ No Action had been taken by DENR despite
of the coordination made Atty. Grail Brioso
to CENRO-Casiguran.
BURNING ISSUES AND CONCERNS:

❖Violations of IP Rights to Ancestral Lands:


Delebsong Case: Docket as Claim/Conflict No.
2011-11 Lot 10. Pls 295 at Brgy. Nipoo,
Dinalungan, Aurora.
➢ Coordination with DENR to follow up with DENR
Regional Office to use the approved plan as the basis
of survey in segregating the 12 hectares legally owned
by Guerrero out of the 32 hectares they claimed.
➢ No Action had been taken by DENR despite of the
coordination made Atty. Grail Brioso to CENRO-
Casiguran.
