 Effects of P on Fracture Toughness in DI Pipes
What have I done so far?
• Understand about the ID Furnace's compositions.
• The coin sample is then extracted from it.
• Take another sample after the GF treatment and extract it after the annealing and ZnAl processes.
• The ring was then cut off from the pipe spigot section.
• Using Solid Works Software, create a tensile sample for tensile testing in accordance with AWWA-C151.
• Furthermore, create a sample for the ASTM-E23 Impact test using Solid Works Software.
What should I do next?
• Use ANSYS and Hyper mesh Software to simulate fracture propagation and CTOD.
