Objectives of Our Project

To design a revolution control with certain Torque


To observe the operational different speeds
To know the control & the fixed different position/degree.
To see the clock & anti-clock rotation.
Introduction
This paper mainly designs an AC servo system based on PLC and configuration
software. The PLC controls the servo driver by way of PTO (pulse string) or
communication and the servo driver then controls the servo motor for motion.
While controlling servo motor from PLC, we will require a servo drive. PLC
should have High speed Pulse outputs. Servo Drive will take the command pulses
from PLC output and will rotate the motor, as commanded by pulses. If we
generate high speed pulses from PLC, it will be given to servo drive and servo
drive will rotate the motor up to given pulses.

A digitally operating electronic apparatus which uses a programming
memory for the internal storage of instructions for implementing specific
functions such as logic, sequencing, timing, counting and arithmetic to
control through digital or analog modules, various types of machines or
process.

A servomotor is an electromechanical device that produces torque and
speed based on the current and voltage supplied. A servo motor operates
as part of a closed-loop controller, providing torque and speed as
commanded by a servo controller that uses a feedback device to close the
loop.

Conclusion
The servo motor has fast response and high control precision, which is used
in many automatic control occasions. It will promote the level of automatic
control and remote monitoring system that combining the servo motor and
bus communication control technology.
Servo motors are used to control its speed. PLCs are very capable of
providing the signals required to command these servo and stepper systems in
a cost-effective and digital (noise-free) manner.
