Interview
According to Cres well, (2020), interview can be
defined as primarily done in qualitative research
and occur when researchers ask one or more participants
general, open-ended questions and record their answers.

According to Scott, HI. R.(2018), an interview is a


purposeful exchange of ideas, the answering of questions
and communication between two or more persons. On the
hand interview refers to face-to-face interaction
between interviewee and interviewer.

different characteristics and behaviours or
mistake should avoided in order to influence
the panel , to accept or consider the
candidate , there fore below are the mistakes
as follows.

 Poor dressing code
 Use of mobile phones
 Talking too much
 Poor body language
 Unsure of resume facts
 Speaking poorly of previous employers

Conclusion
There fore, as we have shown ,
communication skills are important if we are
to build a meaningful relationships with
services users , careers and others .
It especially important that we are able to
build this relationships as social practice
moves towards more market based and
materialists polices and practices as
discussed above
