Activity 01: Request To Check Change Process of IVI2_2 Line
- Reason: Follow request of PE members about move IVI2_2 Line to RCP Line. Inspection stations will combine and assembly
stations will change.
- Action: Discuss with PE members and HQ members about move line and change process. After that, raise CSR request to CNS
members check and change logic -> Setting Network & Install new program.
- Open date: 25-Feb
- Complete date: FW18 IVI2_2 Change
- New update: Setup GMES lan cable. Line
- Status: Processing

- Reason: Follow request of PE members about setup New Porsche DX2.0 DID Glue Line( Please refer attached file ). create and
active new line code on GMES GV & GMES 2.0 LV.
- Action: Hold meeting with relate dept. -> Make summary report ->Register new line code on GERP system -> Setup facilities and
network -> Trial run and feedback.
- New update: Mr. Tuan create IVI57-Sub1 line code -> Request Mr. Hung SCM check and setting basic information for new line.

Activity 7: Adding new Auto Attached Main Label For BMW AZV IVI35 Line
- Reason: Follow request of PE Team about setup new auto attached main label machine at Output station for BMW AZV line -
IVI35
Machine want to get model information and OK NG status of WIP
- Action: Check PLC setting with PE members to get all data-> Check special logic with HQ CNS members to develop new
function -> Testing new program -> Apply & release new version.

Activity 8: Create KeyIn Value @CHINATYPE@ For China type number Information
- Reason: Follow LD's Request about changing Main Label information of Porsche J1 cluster Model.
They want to add new "China Type Number " column on Label Spec By Model ( Porsche Group Code) and create KeyIn value:
@CHINATYPE@ .
- Action: Hold meeting > Raise CSR Request CNS member support check issue > Trial Run > Feedback.

Activity 9: Check Equipment Id Missing on Inspection Chart Analysis Function
- Reason: Some equipment ID have been missing in Inspection Chart Analysis Function on Global View.

Activity 10: Add COUNTRY_CODE column for TOYOTA group code in Label Spec by Model.Suffix func-

- Reason: Follow request of IE member about prevent 0KM issue happen. We want to add COUNTRY_CODE column for
TOYOTA group code in Label Spec by Model.Suffix function
- Action: Hold meeting > Raise CSR Request CNS member support check issue > Trial Run > Feedback.

Activity 11: Request To Modify The Information of Working Shift ID [7645]
- Reason: On the AVK GMES system has count time to breakfast for night shift-->It will effected to KPI index.

Activity 12: LGEVH_IVI50 Request To Add New FA OOB Process - PGZF30090 For Hyundai MV1 Model
- Reason: IVI OQA Team want to add new FA OOB station ( Inspection) after Main Label station to prevent quality issue.
- Open date: 21-Apr
Issue 13 :LGEVH_IVI Request To Check Register Inspection function donot show Serial List of wo 3F1X9540.
- Reason: When we try to access Register Inspection function and select Outgoing inspection but the list of serial number didn't
show.
- Action : Raise CSR Request CNS member support check issue > Trial Run > Feedback.

Issue 14: REQUEST SET UP MORE CONFIG AT THE SAME TIME IN SFC 2.0.
- Reason: It took us a lot of time changing line config so that we really need set up more config to reduce loss time. We set up two
lines config at the same time (IVI46, IVI50).

Activity 15 Make CSR REQ1026396 - [LGEVH]GMES Local View] Request for Assistance with Locating Process in
Process Check by Model Function
- Reason: The specific process for PCB Matching PGZM2000 and other processes for the [IVI] PCB Route in the horizontal
row of the Process Check by Model function cannot be found, which is causing difficulties in the production process.
- Action: Request assistance from CNS members to locate the missing processes and resolve the issue.
