and abilities. By understanding our Fellow people,
we also gather a better understanding about our
culture and history.

 Philippine Literature is literature both fictions
and non-fictions , prose and poetry associated
with the Philippines from Prehistory, through its
colonial legacies and on the present.

By reading literatures, we can learn many things

about character’s life, how they struggled,
stories and message behind every poem that we
read.
1. Who are the character in the story?
ANSWER: the colors red, orange, yellow, green, blue,
indigo, violet and rain.

2. What color has the largest area in the world and

embodies thoughtfulness?
ANSWER: indigo

3. Why does the rainbow represent hope?

ANSWER: because it indicates happiness and depicts
the color of life.
4. Why do you think rain emphasized the need for
cooperation?
ANSWER: because the rainbow shows us that every color
are important and it has a lot of meaning to understand.

5. If you were one of the colors, what would you be and

why?
ANSWER: may vary
In addition, the rain makes each color realize
that each of them has potentials and
importance. Change could be relevant but
when these colors come together where all of
them is loved and appreciated, they were
able to make a beautiful rainbow.
 How can we relate this in
our day-to-day living
particularly we are
experiencing pandemic and
some difficulties?
 Right now, our society is being tested on
our ability to cooperate. To fight this virus,
we need to be able to act as one body and
do what we can to prevent the spread of
virus, and sick patients.
Just like the colors, each of us including our
front liners, has special roles in society but
with one hand, nothing is impossible in
achieving our goals as long we are also
responsible in certain ways.
In generalization what is
the message of the story?
Literature like this helps us understand the demands
of the global village and the need to be cooperative
and responsible always.

Cooperation and being responsible in whatever we

do is an attribute that may allow us to accomplish a
common goal and acjieve impressive results.
