elevators, vending, areas and satellite linen room
stocking and maintainance.

Cleaning and maintenance
• To ensure that all facilities and equipment are
maintained in good condition and are
functioning smoothly to reduce the risk of
interuptions to the running of the hotel.
Public Area Cleaning
• A neat and clean public areas gives the brief
description or face about the standard of hotel.
• All public area cleaning are scheduled and should
follow the daily, weekly, monthly, and period task.

General Cleaning of Guestrooms


• general or deep cleaning happens depends on the
heaviness of use, weather conditions, and the
quality of routine maintenance.
• Typically it performed by the GRA or by a special
team of employees.
Projects
• The management of every housekeeping
department requires the performance of
occasional special projects.

Maintenance Work Request Programs


• It is an authorization to perform requested
activities on a work request. These serialized
records are kept for the disposition of all problems
and discrepancies.

housekeeping personnel.

A daily basis task. The housekeeping staff should
follow the standard supplies of guestroom and guest
essentials.

It is the only non-cotton type of sheets and a
high qualitybedsheet that ensure the guest will
feel comfortable and well rested.
