Notes :
The awareness from HOS to inform to the staff those
late comers;
To discuss with HOS what the best solution to tackle
the issues rather than penalized;
Probably to have the flexibility (working hours) to
certain area;
To discuss :- To impose the penalty on the late
attendance by the salary like other hospital – to
amend on the policy .. Salary Administration which
stated that the salary will be deducted for the late
attendance more than 3 days in a month …
