 ISSUE BACKGROUND DEFINE
GG director was visit on target store.
Visited Stores :
1. 900 Nicollet Mall Store
2. 6445 Richfield Pkwy mall (Super Target)
3. 2555 W 79th St, Bloomington mall
Found that any product have workmanship issue.

Main Issue :
Roping along neck/armhole line

Factory simulate sewing process, for neck
and armhole process. Use actual material
Mechanic, setting and adjust thread
tension on S/N machine, setting
more looses
set handling operator during
stick binding process, left hand
should hold the binding and right
hand must be push the body
panel.
 Verification Result

After adjustment tension machine & proper handling operator, found no any issue ropping
on around neck and armhole line
