Department: Finance
Position: Head of Finance
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Salary:

 Based on experience
 Company packages including provident fund, bonus and insurance.
Roles and Responsibilities:

 Delivering financial information about the company to the CEO and the Board of Directors.
 Monitoring the financial stability and capital structure of the company.
 Overseeing the operating and non-operating income and expenditures of the company.
 Forecasting the needs of funds and making an effective budget for the company.
 Developing long-term and effective financial strategies and goals for the company and monitoring whether the financial goals are met or not.
 Overseeing and developing financial reports for the company.
 Leading the finance team for ensuring a stable financial position for the company and monitoring the performance of the team members.
 Creating solutions for the various financial crisis of the company and making various competitive decisions for implementing company plans
using optimum funds.
 Person Specifications

Educational Qualifications:

 Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance

 Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
 Chartered Accountant (at least CC)
 Fluency in English and have good communication skills
 Sound knowledge in various MS Office tools like MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Experiences: The candidate is expected to have at least 6 to 8 years of experience in managing the financial system of a company.

Abilities and Knowledge:

 Ability to evaluate and analyse the financial decisions of the company.

 Ability to forecast financial conditions and needs of funds of the company in the future.
 Ability to convince the Board through the excellent presentation.
 Ability to manage the team and make various financial decisions in critical situations.
 Ability to challenge the financial budget of the company and make the optimum budget for the company.
