Yes, the gift points must be used within the
project period.

Can points be used for additional purchases? How to add to

Ｑ2 purchase?
Yes, we sell them in units of 10P; they can be purchased at the time
of signing the contract, during the project, and after the project.

If the exchange table does not have what I need, can I

Ｑ3 exchange it?
Yes, we will first confirm that it meets your brand extension design
requirements.

How do I know how many gifted points I have

Ｑ4 currently?
We will note the usage point information on the quotation and
provide a form link to refer to the usage status.

I don’t like the design of the extension, can it be

Yes, we provide 1 proposal for the extension design
specifications and provide 2 modifications.

I found that this product is no longer needed! Can it be replaced with

Ｑ6 something else?
Yes, change requirements can be requested while the project
is in progress and before the design is implemented.

What are the content specifications of Chinese and

English naming services? Is there a registration
Ｑ7 service?
The naming service proposal can be modified within 2 times; we do
not provide registration services, but we have long-term cooperative
firms.

What happens if the print viewing time exceeds? Can I go

Ｑ8 to places outside Taipei City to see the seal?
If the time exceeds, points will be rounded up; manufacturers outside Taipei
are recommended to mail samples for confirmation or additional
transportation fees will be charged.

How does photography count in time

Ｑ9 length?
We use 1 day as the unit of time and cannot
accurately quantify it. It depends on the brand
situation.
Sample reference: clothing brand Xuxuwear, packaging design CHANGEi, both shot in 1
day.

Is the communication between the manufacturer and the printing

communication with the manufacturer is mainly to confirm the construction method and
material settings, and the printing inspection is to go to the site to confirm the printed product
and make on-site judgment and adjustments.

What are the scope of services provided by visual

We will help sort out the big and small issues in brand
visual design and visual communication and give you
suggestions.

Is trademark pre-examination limited to Taiwan? Or does it include

Ｑ 12 foreign ones?
The scope is mainly in Taiwan, but overseas pre-examinations are also
provided. Before copartnership, please indicate the countries that
require registration. If there are multiple countries, customized
discussions are required.
