feelings instead of to satisfy hunger. It is an effort to relieve
stress and negative emotion due to certain life events. This
eating habit may relieve a certain level of stress, but can also
tend to be excessive and could lead to fat deposits, therefore
emotional eating is not healthy.
Social eating

Social eating means people gathering together to
