CONCEPT
Half of century, Dr. Kenneth H. Cooper introduce the concept of
aerobic exercise to his book they encourage Americans to prevent chronic
disease by exercising regularly. The majority of fitness facilities have offered
a variety of high – impact and low – impact based classes, including boot
camp cycling and dance based aerobics.
However with join problems might be concerned in the level of impact
on the spine, hips, knees, and ankles in the level of intensity of the class. The
characteristics of high – impact and low – impact aerobics help to decide
what is the best for your fitness goals and physical activities.
Even here in the Philippines we do exercises in a different ways. We
decide to become a physically fit in everyday of our life/lives. Through our
lifestyles.

WHAT IS HIGH – IMPACT AEROBICS STEPS?

High impact activity can be any


kind of strenuous cardiovascular routine
and both feet off the ground at the same
time or simultaneously on the floor.
High-impact aerobics tend to burn more
calories than the low-impact.
