the APA format. Use your library or the Internet to accomplish the glossary template chart.
3. Hip-Hop Aerobics Hip-hop aerobics is a form of exercise that blends dance moves with
strengthening exercises. Most of the time, this sort of aerobics is designed to
feel more like dancing than exercising. It is usually paired with fast-tempo
hip-hop music, and incorporates many of the moves common to the dance
style. The goal is not to learn routines or put on performances, however.
People participate in hip-hop aerobics in order to get a good cardiovascular

4. Step Aerobics Step aerobics is a form of aerobic power distinguished from other types of

to individual needs by inserting risers under the step. Step aerobics classes
are offered at many gyms and fitness centers which have a group exercise
program. Step aerobics was innovated by Gin Miller around 1989. After a
knee injury, Gin consulted with an orthopedic doctor, who recommended she
strengthen the muscles supporting the knee by stepping up and down on a
milk crate and from this she developed the step regimen. Step aerobics can
also be involved in dancing games, such as Dance Dance Revolution or In the
Groove.
5. Aqua Dance AquaDance(tm) is a new water aerobics format that combines traditional
Aerobics water aerobics moves and popular dance styles. It is meant to be an uplifting,
fun, and positive experience for all participants -- a class where everyone can
feel accepted, get a great workout, and have fun talking, dancing, and
exercising in the water.
6. Ballroom Dancing a type of dancing where two people use special steps and movements to do
dances such as the waltz or tango together
7. Belly Dancing a Middle Eastern dance in which the dancer makes sensuous movements of
the hips and abdomen
8. Break Free Dance break dancing, also called breaking and B-boying, energetic form of dance,
fashioned and popularized by African Americans and Latinos, that includes

Break Free is the first routine in the Just Dance series whose lyrics are
