CELL
THE SMALLEST INDEPENTLY
FUNCTIONING UNIT OF A
LIVING ORGANISM.

TISSUE
TISSUES ARE THE SECOND
LEVEL OF BIOLOGICAL
ORGANIZATION.
ORGAN
An organ is an anatomically distract
structure which composed of two or
more types of tissues that work
together.

ORGAN SYSTEM
THE ORGAN SYSTEM IS
NEXT HIGHER LEVEL OF
ORGANIZATION IN LIVING
THINGS.
ORGANISM
Organism is an individual living thing that
may be made up of one or more organ
systems that carries out all the basic life
functions.

POPULATION
When individual person lives in the same
location or area, they make up the human
population of the area, and if a certain
species of fish like milkfish or locally know
as “bangus” are living in the same
area,they comprise the milkfish population.
COMMUNITY
THE COMMUNITY CONSIST OF
DIFFERENT POPULATIONS OF
ORGANISM LIVING IN THE SAME
AREA.

ECOSYSTEM
AN ECOSYSTEM CONSIST OF ALL THE
LIVING THINGS IN A GIVEN AREA
TOGETHER WITH THE NONLIVING
THINGS.
BIOME
MANY DIFFERENT BIOMES CONSIST OUR BIOSPHERE.

BIOSPHERE

THE BIOSPHERE IS THE PART OF OUR

PLANET WHERE ALL LIFE EXISTS
INCLUDING ALL OF THE ENVIRONMENTS
ON EARTH THAT SUPPORT LIFE.
