Procedures in baking cheese cupcake:
1. Combine 2 cups all-purpose flour and 2 tsp baking powder in a mixing bowl
and sift. Stir well; set aside.
2. In a medium-sized bowl, cream ½ cup softened butter and 1/3 cup sugar.
3. Beat 2 eggs (one at a time).
4. Add 1 can condensed milk. Mix well.
5. Add 2 tsp vanilla extract. Bring hand mixer speed to low.
6. Pour half of the dry ingredients and mix.
7. Add the remaining half of the dry ingredients and mix until no flour is visible.
8. Add 1 cup grated cheese. Beat lightly until well-incorporated.
9. Pour into cupcake molder lined with 2 oz. cupcake liners.
10. Top with more grated cheese.
11. Bake them in a preheat oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
12. Cool completely
13. Serve and enjoy!
