    Definition of agnosia

    Agnosia is a rare disorder whereby a patient is

    My role as a PCT

    • Be patient and helping him with daily tasks that are


    difficult for him to do.
    • Keep sharp objects such as a knife and others away
    from the patient.
    • Ensure the environment is organized, well lit, and
    safe. Keep things in the same place so they can be
    found.
    • Keep chemicals and medicines away from the patient.
