Comportamiento Organizacional
DESCRIPCION

 Peru is a developing country, a producer of raw materials and a generator of many sources
of energy, from the best known to the not so well known.
DIAGNOSTICO

Non-renewable Renewable

Natural Gas Hydroelectric Energy

Natural Gas Liquid Wind Energy

Crude Oil Solar Energy

PRESCRIPCION

 This energy source is non-

renewable, it is obtained from the
subsoil and is widely used by all
industries; however, it does not
have the same power as other
energy sources.
 It is the most used energy source in
Peru.
 This energy source is exploited
from the Peruvian jungle.
PLAN DE ACCION

 This energy source is non-

renewable, it is obtained from the
refining of Natural Gas, it has great
energy capacity, but its cost is very
high compared to natural gas.
 This source of energy is processed
in refining plants located in jungle
fields.
Crude Oil

 Crude oil is the third energy source

in Peru.
 It is obtained from the subsoil
layers, thanks to its refining many
derivatives are obtained that are
used daily such as plastic products
and cleaning supplies.

 This non-renewable energy source

is extracted from fields in the
north and the Peruvian jungle
Hydroelectric Energy

 This energy resource is produced

by hydroelectric plants, which
through generators transform the
kinetic energy of a water current
into electrical energy.
 In Peru there are more than 110
hydroelectric plants.
Wind Energy

 This energy source is renewable, it

refers to the process of creating
electricity using wind or air flows
that occur naturally in the earth's
atmosphere.
 Modern wind turbines are used to
capture the kinetic energy of the
wind and generate electricity.
Solar Energy

 This energy source is renewable,

solar energy comes from the sun
and can be captured with various
technologies, primarily solar panels.
 In Peru, solar energy collector
panels have been implemented,
which were located near Paracas in
Ica, it is expected that in the future
this form of energy will be more
used by all Peruvians.
Conclusions

 Non-renewable energy sources have

great energy potential, however
they are the most polluting agents
compared to renewable energies, for
this reason, people must have the
principles to choose energy sources
that protect the environment.
 It is important to note that the
future depends on the decisions we
make now, so we must encourage
people to use energy resources more
appropriately, since these could
disappear in Peru and around the
world.
