LATHE
• A lathe is a machine tool used for shaping materials,
primarily metal, by rotating the workpiece against a
cutting tool.
• Basic lathe operations

Milling machine
Gear cutting using a milling machine involves
the process of creating gears by removing
material from a workpiece using specialized
cutting tools. It is a common milling operation
and can be performed using different
techniques.
FOUNDRY AND FORGING LAB:
Foundry

Foundry is a metalworking
process that involves
melting and casting metal.
FORGING

Forging is a metalworking process that

involves shaping metal by hammering or
pressing it under high pressure
