Def of ICU Med Asst (ICA) in OPC Bhatiary

• OPC is not auth with any ICA in its current TO&E

• At least 2 x ICA are reqr for Emg Resuscitation Room to fun properly

• Case has been taken up from BMA through ARTDOC

• 2 x ICA yet to be posted by AMCC&S

 CHALLENGES

Inadequate no of amb to provide med cover

• Def of amb for providing med cover despite having 3 x Amb sp from MT Sec, BMA

• Case was taken up from OPC through Area AQ Br. The disposal given from AG Br,
Med Dte ,AHQ was to coord from local fmn.

• Increase the number of amb in current TO&E

• Estb the CMH Bhatiary ASP

 CHALLENGES

Dev the infrastructure and TO&E of CMH Bhatiary ASP to provide better med sp to cdts trg
activities

• The constr of CMH Bhatiary and its TO&E is under process

• Progress so far – 15%

• Nec steps to be taken to hasten the smooth sanc of proposed TO&E of CMH Bhatiary

• OC is reqr to attnd various admin conf of BMA, assessment conf of cdts in addition
to the resp for admin matters of unit

• Med Spl is resp to give important med disposal to cdts as well as being in on call for
