Communication channels refer to the various methods or mediums through which


information and messages are transmitted from one party to another.
In both personal and professional settings, the choice of communication channel can

 It promotes immediate feedback and can help prevent misunderstandings that can occur
through other forms of communication.

 It involves using video and audio technology to conduct meetings, discussions, and
interactions remotely, typically over the internet.
 Video conferencing has become increasingly important in both professional and personal
settings due to its ability to facilitate real-time visual and audio communication.

screens and documents, and the opportunity to read non-verbal cues.
