• Buyers are generally not aware factors that influence the house prices.
• Many problems are faced during buying a house.
• Hence real estate agents are trusted with the communication between buyers and sellers
as well laying down a legal contract for the transfer. This just creates a middle man and
increases the cost of houses.
PROBLEM STATEMENT:

• Prices of properties are sophisticatedly linked with economy .


• We do not have accurate measures of house price based on the amount of data available.
• Propered and justified prices of properties can bring in a lot of transparency and trust
back to the industry.
• Which Is very important of must consumers especially in india.
PROJECT SPECIFICATION:

• The goal of this project is to predict house prices in city based on some feature such as
location, area ,number of room, population.
• We are using machine learning and Django to create predictive model.
• Multiple linearRegrassions algorithm is use to train and test model of our project
