Coordinators Coordinators Gaming Coordinators President • The President of the committee must be nominated in fairness without regard for rank or position within CIL. • The Committee President provides relevant guidance and support to Vice-Presidents and remainder of the Executive Body. • The President will sit in at committee meetings held by Vice- Presidents once a month as needed. Vice Presidents • A Vice President is assigned for each office/site (G-West and LOJ) • Responsible for the overall function and coordination of event planning and execution • Responsible for hosting and leading weekly Committee Meetings • Ensuring all assigned members are carrying out their relevant functions and roles All Ordinary Members • Committee Members are Ideally people who demonstrate a sincere interest in employee engagement and willingness to assist and grow with the Team! • 2-3 members from each Department/Campaign is recommended • Members can choose to make their intentions or more specialized interests be known by the Team based on the roles to be filled. Birthday Club Coordinators • To be Segmented for Gwest and LOJ • 3-5 Coordinators per site • Focus on collecting birthday club monthly $200 contribution from each employee to go towards monthly birthday celebrations/recognition • Responsible for decorating cubicles and making birthday announcement • Ensuring that all Birthday planning and executions are carried out in a timely and organized manner. Month End Crew • To be Segmented for G-west and LOJ • 3-5 Coordinators per site • Focus on planning/drafting month end ideas/suggestions pooled from committee meetings • Working out cost efficient executive budget based on Market Research based on planning • Coordinating fund raisers within the month for month end activities to be approved by CCS • Liasing with Treasurer for funding assistance where necessary with detailed budget requests based on market research. Décor Coordinators
• Responsible for Décor planning and setup
• Carries out Décor market research to be submitted to the Birthday Club and Month End Crew for their budgeting • Responsible for ensuring Birthday Club and Month End Crew are equipped with Décor in the most cost efficient manner • Designing and layout of Décor Etc. Entertainment Coordinators
• Responsible for organizing Entertainment elements of all
events • Music coordination • Coordinating performances and activities to go with event themes Food & Beverage Coordinators
• Responsible for carrying out the relevant market research for
budgeting in the most cost efficient manner • Planning and choosing of food and beverage options to suite budgeting and event type • Coordinating with Treasurer and Vice President to make selection on the relevant Food and Beverage Ideas/suggestions Sports and Gaming Coordinators
• Responsible for all Sporting and Gaming activities to Spice up
each and every event • Focus on raising funds from both the Birthday Club and Month End Crew to gradually acquire in-house gaming choices for the Teams’ use • Planning and coordinating of in-week Sport and Gaming tournaments within campaigns, across campaigns and across both sites (company wide) • Planning and coordinating annual CCS Sports Day . • Planning and coordinating gaming tournaments across Teams.
