Product Strategy
The Japanese cheesecake will be sold through both traditional and online selling as our selling strategy. In
terms of delivery, courier services will be used such as Lalamove, Mr. Speedy and Grab to deliver the goods
to our customer at their expense. Additionally, Sachee Bakes accepts online payments and cash.

Brand name
The name Sachee is derived from the Hindi word “saci” which means true. Hence the company’s goal is to
deliver the true taste of Japanese cheesecake with no artificial ingredients to our customers.
