experience for me to work on training at Swastik Construction Pvt Limited. Through which I
could learn how to work in a professional environment.

Now, I would like to thanks the people who guided me and have been a constant source of
inspiration through the tenure of my winter training.

I am sincerely grateful to Mr. (Junior Engineer) And Mr. (HR) at SWASTIK CONSTRUCTION PVT
LIMITED. Who rendered, constant encouragement and able. Guidance which made this training

 ABSTRACT

The training report in broad spectrum in which we tried to explain our

60 days learning experience in the running project, at Swastik
Construction Pvt Limited. The content is broadly explained and it is
made from the practical basis of the site work.

First, we wrote about the road transportation and highway pavement.

In the second, we discuss about QA/QC lab and lab equipments. In the
third, we discuss about batching plant and bituminous plant. Fourth, is
about the various machinery and equipment used in construction of
highway. Fifth, have some photographs of construction site and plant.
In the sixth, there is the safety measurement taken at site for worker
and other people affected by this construction. In the seventh, we
wrote the conclusion of our 60 days training and what we learned
during this period.

After reading this entire one can easily understand basics of highway
construction & procedure.
