The allocation of a TM to his country is executed via login

each TM will receive an
email from Maxchoice
detailing the bonusportal
address, their user name
and password

Login and Report

The TM gets a brief introduction about the bonusportal on the welcome site

 when a TM is logged in, he can click on

different menu items – like „My
Account“, „My Basket“, „Contact“ etc.
 the box „My Basket“ displays the items
that a TM puts into the shopping basket
 the „Points Info“ displays the current
amount of points
 in the „Report“ box the link to the
reporting module is included

The TM enters the contract details to create a new report 1

 the TM must first select if

he wants to create a new
account or if he wants to
report a new line sale
 you must enter a new
report for each new
account
 the drop down options
are based on the
previous selection
 The TM then enters the
account details along
with the quantity and
Price (net) of the
products
 the report will be saved
in the system after using
the „Submit“ button

After submit the report the TM gets the indication that his reporting is processed

 the TM gets the indication, that the

report is successfully processed
 in this view there is an option to place a
„New Report“ again
 if the TM doesn‘t want to place another
report he can click through the other
parts of the bonusportal or log out

The status of a accepted request changed immediately in the overview

 every District Manager

has got his own unique
access details for the
admin section where
they can see their TM
claims requests
 a request can have three
statuses:“Pending“,
„Accepted“ & „Rejected“
 the DSM must open a
pending request to
accept it
 in this view the DSM can
accept the report/
request by clicking on
the button „Accepted“
 if the report is not
correct, he will reject it

Redeeming the Voucher

The premium-voucher-europe will be send as an online code via e-mail to the TM

 the TM collects his points until the end of the second incentive period
 the TM has to achieve the rules at least for (minimum) one of the two incentive
periods to be qualified for the award
 You simply log onto the site using the details that will be sent to you and redeem
your vouchers!!
