MANAGEMENT TO ALL SITE WORKERS STARTING FROM NOW BEFORE
ANY SITE WORK ( THEORITICALLY AT OFICE AND PRACTICALLY AT
STORE/SITE ).
 ALL SITE WORKERS NEED TO GIVE ATTENDANCE APPROVAL AFTER THE
BRIEFING FOR RECORDS.
 SAFETY TRAINING IS COMPULSARY TO SUPERVISORS AND SITE
WORKERS.
 STRICT ACTION WILL BE TAKE FOR NON-COMPLIANCE SUCH AS
IGNORING SUPERIOR ORDER, VIOLATION OF SAFETY RULES AND NOT
FOLLOWNG SAFE WORK PROCEDURE.
 IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF SUPERVISON AND UPGRADE WORK
STANDARD TO BE MORE PROFESSIONAL.
CONCLUSIONS
 SAFETY IS A MUST!!! BY FOLLOWING ALL THE SAFETY
PROCEDURES, IT ONLY BRING PROFITS, BENEFITS,
ADVANTAGES AND SUCCESSES TO US NOT OTHERWISE.
 ALL SITE WORKERS MUST BE PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY
READY BEFORE START PERFORMING WORK AT SITE.
 THE COUNTERMEASURE THAT WILL BE IMPLEMENT ARE
FOR ALL GOODNESS AND BENEFICIAL INCLUDING TO
PREVENT UNWANTED THINGS FROM HAPPENING AGAIN.
