Step 1 :wrap the part by thin poly sheet.
Step 2 :Pack the part by thick poly bag Size 15’’x20’’.
Step 3: wrap the part in bubble wrap.
Step 4 : place the part in box Size 24’’x24’’17’’.

Step 5: place the part in the cartoon box. Each layer 5 Nos sty, no of layes
six.
Step 9 : Attach PPAP sample placard on the carton box.
