INTRODUCTION

investigation services.
 The company confirms that we are in special security and housekeeping
services over our considerable period of time.
 Given the burgeoning population, it is quite uphill task for the
Government to provide security to every individual.
 Imperial Nine Security & Investigation Services takes pride to ensure,
that all situations are devoid of unnecessary & unsolicited activities
anywhere ranging from home premises, corporate sectors, industries etc.
 Services provide smart and trained resources leading to saving of
valuable time, focus & trouble free work atmosphere.

MANAGEMENT
 The mode of the company is well maintained by retired personnel from
defense/police forces and civilian defense services etc.
 The operating team assigned for the surveillance on sites, keep contact
with the client from time to time for suggestions & advice to resolve
the hurdles if any and for more efficient functioning of the sites.
 The recruitment process for various types of services are carried out
through meticulous screening & checking and before employing at the
given site by our client, they are given proper training on basic security
measures, firefighting drills and applications at our training center and
also for on job training at the site as per our client’s basic requirements.
 Before enrolling a new Security Personnel, we verify their Certificates
of Academic Qualification, Character Certificate, Experience
Certificate, Address Proof, Voter ID Card, Ration Card & Complete Bio-
data and the same is registered for records.

WORK ORDER & VALIDITY
After getting the work order the contract will remain in force
for a period of one / two YEAR and on the expiry, can be
extended by mutual consent between both the parties & in
case of termination both managements have to submit a
notice one month in advance in case of
introduction/revision /Notification of Govt. Order /Rules/Acts
effecting the quoted/ordered rates in any future date during
the continuation of the contract the equivalent change of
rates will come into effect from the effective dates of such
Govt. Order/Rules/Act/Notification.

SERVICE CONDITIONS
 Each employee will work for twelve/ eight hour’s duty per day. If any,
over time done, in addition to their normal work will be charged as per
duty basis.
 After submission of the monthly bill, it is to be paid within 10 days from
the date of billing either by cash or by cheque. The payment of monthly
bills must be in full and should not be paid in part without consent.
 The company shall provide full uniform with materials to its employees
& torch with battery (if required) will be supplied by the I9S&IS at their
own cost.
 Concerned owner has to provide free accommodation to our security
personnel within the site premises along with utilities like water,
electricity and sanitary facility FREE OF CHARGE.
 In case of any indiscipline, negligence of duty, security personnel will
be replaced promptly by the company.

OUR TRAINNING PROGRAMMERS
 CONVENTION TRAINING:
This is meant for security guards who join us from other companies. The duration is one
week & the main purpose is to immerse in our work culture & essence. This also takes into
account of the disciplinary & functional aspects of the concerned work.
 NEW RECORD ORIENTATION CAPSULE:
This is for two weeks & encloses the whole augment of training required, turn out, drill
physical training & basic unarmed combat & fire fighting etc.
 SUPERVISOR & SECURITY OFFICER TRAINING:
In Addition to the above training aspects, supervisory & monitoring responsibilities are
emphasized.

 The Components are:-

 Pre-induction training at per with Indian army standards in our training center
