correct order on how to insert graphs on
excel
1. Select the data for which you want to create a chart.
2. Select the 2D column chart and click OK.
3. Go to the Insert tab.
4. Select one of the graph types of you want to use (click all
charts if you didn’t find your preferred design)
5. On the Chart ribbon, Click on the recommended Charts.
