 Statement of the problem
• The main problem that arises us to design and fabrication of
wheat/barley thresher machine is that the wheat/barley
threshing process when collecting after farming were wider
operation and time consuming with human effort.
• This is because the process of threshing uses manpower. It
was human based operation that consisting a lot of manual
operation with time consumption and human effort with
inaccuracy at time of collecting a barley/wheat.
• Developing thresher machine brings simplicity that can
thresh wheat/barely automatically on a fixed position with
accuracy.
 Objectives
General Objective
• To design and fabricate wheat/barley threshing machine
which will be used/applied at small farm holders.
Specific objectives
• To design mechanical parts of threshing machine
• To analysis each parts regarding the machine operation
• To model mechanical parts using software (AutoCAD)
• To control and operate the system by providing input
• Operate the system at the end
