THE PROBLEM AND ITS SETTINGS

• Assessing the impact of AI to Job automation

• Rapid advancements in artificial intelligence and automation technologies.
• Increasing integration of AI in various industries
• Exploring concerns about potential job displacement
• Understanding the implications of AI on employment patterns, economic
structures, and societal well-being,
STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

The study addresses the following key problems:

• Job Displacement
• Skill Shifts
• Economic Implications
• Social Equity
• Ethical concern
• By addressing these issues, the study seeks to contribute a comprehensive understanding of the
multifaceted impact of AI on job automation
REVIEW OF RELATED LITERATURES

• According to Brynjolfsson and McAfee (2011), the pace of

technological innovation is still increasing, with more sophisticated
software technologies disrupting labor markets by making workers
redundant.
• Acemoglu and Restrepo (2017) analyze the effect of the increase in
industrial robot usage between 1990 and 2007 on US local labor
markets. They find that one more robot per thousand workers
reduces the employment to population ratio by about 0.18 - 0.34
percentage points and wages by 0.25 - 0.5 percent.
CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK

The input of the study contains the factors of AI that effects job
automation. It includes the job displacement, skill shifts, economic implications,
social equity, and ethical concerns arise from the increasing role of AI in job
automation. The process of present study includes data gathering, analysis,
tabulation and the interpretation. The output of this research paper are flyers for
teachers, parents, and learners to show the impact of AI in job automation
including the possible solutions to solve the said problems encountered.
