Course Objective:
• To gain an understanding of the
Management concept, including strategy
and handling conflict
• To understand the process of
implementing Management strategies and
adapting in environment changing.
• To be more comfortable with learning and
discussion in English material.
Grading:
The grade for this course will be determined
as follows:
• Group presentation: 10%
• Class participation & discussion: 15%
• Group case homework: 25%
• Mid-term exam: 20%
• Final exam: 30%
Group presentation
• Basically there will be 2 students in one
group.
• Each group is supposed to present topics
& discussion (QnA) in English.
• Please limit your words in slides and invite
discussion after presentation;
• Face your audience, try to grab the
attention from floor, notes are allowed.
Class Participation
• Attendance is important, absence requires
a written notice, WA is fine.
• Try to make your point in English and in
your own words.
• Cell phone/ iPad/ Laptop allowed in
class by permission.
• A volunteer is required to take minutes (as
a Notulen)
