Goals of Olympic Weightlifting Club

Learn, progress, and perfect the fundamental olympic lifts: snatch, clean, and jerk. Discuss fitness topics such as CrossFit, periodization, programming, and functional movements. Learn about the Paleo Diet and modern applications. Harbor a community of like-minded students.

We will incorporate broad bases of fitness models such as Oly lifting, CrossFit (and CF Football), PTP, OPT, 5x5, Strongman, etc. This is a non-elite affiliation of students; we dont want students intimidated by the title Olympic Weightlifting Club was chosen due to its versatility and conceptual integration into the fitness models above
