PREPARATION

1. Ensure and maintain 5S around the working area.

PREPARATION:
1. Immediately report any abnormalities encountered to the superior.
2. Check and read all important and relevant documents and procedures provided before start of the process.

STEP BY STEP PROCESS



1. To start the calibration, power up the calibration kit 2. Open the Excel File “FlexiForceCharData - 8-27-

STEP BY STEP PROCESS


Load Actuator will start pressing on the Sensor. Load actuator will continuously apply 5 force values on the sensor
in increasing order. Each Force is applied every around 6.0sec , or on a 6.0sec interval.

11. Copy and Paste each Force value from the “FlexiForceCharData - 8-27-20.xlsm” workbook to ELF Calibration’s

Cal Force field as shown below. Force values can only be copied one at time and must be copied before the next

force value appears (6.0sec interval). Click “Add Point” to enter each force value in the calibration window.

13. Counter-check using a Force gauge. Press a Force Gauge on a calibrated Sensor. Force value on Force Gauge
must be the same or close enough to the pressure value displayed on Tekscan software.
