EXAMPLE OF

ARGUMENTATIVE ESSAY
LEGAL SEPERATION FOR BOTH
INDIVIDUALS
 Divorce is a phenomenon increasingly prevalent in modern
society that needs to be allowed where married people
want to have a divorce or legal separation. But why should
divorce be allowed in society? Is there a good reason why
it should be allowed? It would address the inadequacies of
the existing legal framework on nullity, annulment, and
legal separation, providing a more comprehensive solution
for couples facing marital discord.
A lot of married people want a divorce for legal
separation and for their own freedom legally, but
some people have not agreed on this issue.
Some say it will ruin the family, but it's hard to
stay in a relationship where both parties are not
connected anymore and the sparks of love are
nowhere to be found, so it's better to be cut off
than continue the relationship that has no way to
be restored.
 And there are benefits that a divorced woman or man
offers; it offers individuals an escape from toxic or
abusive relationships. Because it's important to
prioritize their well-being, it also helps them start a
fresh and new life, free from abusive relationships.
This indicates that there are some types of arguments
that a married couple can have, but not all of those
arguments can be negotiated. There are a lot of
traumatic experiences that cannot be healed by
forgiveness and explanation.
 Divorce should be seen as a last resort, pursued
only when all attempts at reconciliation and
compromise have failed. This perspective
emphasizes the importance of working through
challenges in a marriage and exhausting all avenues
of communication and counseling before ending the
relationship. It acknowledges the emotional and
financial toll that divorce can take on both parties
involved, as well as any children in the family.
 In conclusion, Divorce is a complicated and
emotionally sensitive issue with different points of
view. While divorce can give freedom and personal
progress, it also has serious emotional,
psychological, and cultural effects that must be
addressed. How can society achieve a balance
between fostering personal happiness and
maintaining relationships? Is there an alternative to
divorce that might solve the challenges that couples
encounter in unhappy marriages? While divorce may
provide an escape from bad marriages, the
consequences for individuals and society must be
carefully considered to ensure the well-being of all
parties involved.
