In my understanding of the course: here are some a real life applications:

value of the financial industry in real life
• Align my own morals and values with the ethics of the

• Provide a guideline on workplace ethics
• Using it as a stepping stone for further
exploration on the subject
Challenges and overall experience
Challenge

limited knowledge of the financial industry procedures has created small obstacle while discussing
ethical dilemmas.

I can sum up the overall experience of this course with
the following points
• An interesting topic to start our journey with
• Shows HST’s value
• Interesting course that allowed us to have
fruitful discussions with colleagues.

In conclusion, a commitment to strong workplace ethics is vital for professional success. It empowers
